Affiliate Marketing - What Is It Exactly?

Affiliate Marketing is the practice in which a business offers to pay someone from outside of their company to promote their product. Of course we are talking about the art of internet affiliate marketing on this site :) No interest in the real world affiliates. We want to be affiliate marketers from home right? More time with the family is the reasoning. Right.
So lets get to it. Internet marketing is nothing really new. Just something that is growing more and more popular over the past few years with the unemployment rate skyrocketing. It is made out as "easy money". It has as well become a way for many so called online "gurus" to rip us all off and take what little money we DO have left, often times selling scam products like push button systems.
Well that is the purpose of my site of course, to KEEP YOU FROM BEING SCAMMED...AND...HELP YOU SUCCEED!
So here is the blunt truth. There are no push button systems. You wont make a million dollars in your first night as an affiliate. Dont fall for it. It can be easy, but it will be hard at first to master your own way of doing it
But dont worry, Dream to Reality is here to help you with that "learning curve".
Basicly what you will be doing to earn money is one of the following:
1: Selling/Promoting another's product
2: Blogging: earning money from adsense and amazon and such
3: Getting Big-Name companies leads to market to (my personal favorite)
How will you do that? Through techniques we will be discussing such as ppc, ppv, social bookmarking, social media, article marketing etc. etc. Dont worry about all that yet, we will discuss that later on.
