Internet Marketing - The WA Way
So I just want to share with you a recent experience with WA aka wealthy affiliate. Wealthy Affiliate is a training community for new or pro Internet/Affiliate Marketers. It is owned and operated by Kyle and Carson, which are very successful marketers themselves. They also own Jaxxy and StreetArticles.
Well I recently joined, in fact just about 3 days ago. As you all probably already know, I consider myself pretty well knowlegable about online business. I do have a few sites up and running, and have been able to monetize them. I thought I knew enough, but decided to join this site just to see what all the hype was about. Figured it would be some sort of basic bs course that all these so called experts or "gurus" sell you.
Well I joined it when they sent me an email for a Black Friday deal. One dollar for a whole month! Pretty cool. So on to if it is worth it and what you can expect.
Well first off it is no scam. You buy a domain on the very first day, and they tell you where to get them for as little as 6 bucks a year for a .com domain. Thats always nice. I been spending up to 20 or more bucks a month for these domains.
They HOST the domain for you so no need to spend extra money on hosting. Thats great!
Now they introduce you to WordpressXpress. This is something that they have created for you to install your site very optimized for the search engines in just a few clicks. NO SHIT! SERIOUSLY! This is the site I created in about 20 Minutes, check it out TrueAbs. It will be a wordpress site by the way. That is one of the best right now so thats as well good.
They then walk you through step by step very thoroughly on picking a niche, and product, and on how to do some amazing keyword research. They allowed me to do in about 10 minutes what usually takes me hours or sometimes even days. And that is create a site highly optimized, and find LOW COMPETITION keywords.
They offer the 30 day to Success Club. This will walk you easily and thoroughly throught the whole process so that you have a site actually with visitors, products for sell, ads on it, and potentially sellable within just 30 days. You will be seeing some profit in 30 DAYS!! NO SHIT. SERIOUS.
This is the real deal guys. I will be showing a video of inside here soon so that you know I am serious if you still doubt me. This is great and well worth the money. Join Wealthy Affiliate now if you want to start seeing how the internet business can work for you. JOIN NOW!
Yes I am being pushy, because you need that push. It will be the best thing you have ever done for yourself okay. Check em out and see what you think.

Avoid The Google "Slap"
So Im sure by now you are well aware of what we in the internet marketing business refer to as the "google slap". In short, it is the crackdown of Google on poor affiliate marketing. I am about to give you some great tips on how to avoid this.
First though I want to cover this short topic.
What is Google Slapping and Why?
As I said in short it is a crackdown on affiliate marketing. Mainly. But it is really just the change in their search results and ranking algorithm. They have dramatically changed the way they view sites and rank them. It has hurt many affiliates as well as other company sites.
In the old days of marketing, you could get online, start a website and just stuff your articles and content with keywords. So they changed it and started looking more torwards backlinks. Well then they did a survey and found out that their results were really annoying people using their search engine. People were telling them that the results were either not related very well or they were all just the same content, on different sites.
So here they changed again, and really put a hurt on people this time. Now its hard to even get a PPC campaign to run with them in AdWords due to some very strict changes in their policies.
So how do they rank sites as relevant now?
Well now I have to tell you the truth. You may not like it if your accustomed to the old way, or if youre lazy lol. So here it is.
Your quality score with google is now based on a combination of the following.
1: Quality Content - So what now. Post quality content to your site. This means post content that offers something that isnt offered somewhere else. Sound hard? Not really. If youre doing a review of a product, dont duplicate someone elses. Just read 5-10 reviews, and learn. Now use what you have learned to write your own review. IN YOUR OWN WORDS. Or if youre an amazon associate, dont make a mini site like you used to. Dont make a site on one product. Make it on multiple products, comparing the prices of each, reviews of each, pros and cons and your personal opinion. More work but it is the only way so deal with it or get out of the Internet Business.
2: Keywords - Yes they still count, just not as much. Put a density of keywords at average 1-3%. so 1-3 keywords per every 100 words you right. Other than that JUST WRITE NATURALLY. Google is now smarter than you think. So write quality, and write natural, combined with a light density of keywords. No Stuffing. Also dont use hidden words!!!
3: Social - Huh? Yep thats right, your sociality now counts as well. Get your site on twitter and facebook for backlinks. Let me put it to you simple. The way google sees it, how better to tell what would be relevant than people "liking" your site via fbook or "retweeting" it on twitter. Yes thats it, if they retweet or like then it must be somewhat relevant and enjoyable site. Get it? Got it? Good!
4: Time - Now let me put it to you like this, the good old days of putting up a website in 5 minutes and never putting anything else on it is GONE. Well you can do that if you want, but you won't monetize from it. So here is key, and a very important key at that. Come back to your site every day or two and post something else to your blog or whatever. The more content you post, the more active and legit you look and the more that google will trust you
So now hopefully you have a better understanding and this will help you move forward towards your success. This is only intended to be a short list of the basic guidelines that you should go by. This is not all they look at, by far. But it IS however what is hurting most of us that are acustomed to the old days. Enjoy and Good Luck!
Make Money Online Blogging - A Different Take
Today I want to share with you a different take on how to make money online with blogging. Now I know, this is a very popular topic and you are used to getting scammed. Well again I am not here to sell you anything so you have nothing to worry about
I will be short and to the point today. As best as I can that is while still getting the point across.
Today I am talking to those of you who already know what a blog is. You may already have one, or you may be getting ready to start one. Now I want to tell you how to monetize that blog with minimal effort.
Have you ever heard of CPM, or cost per thousand impressions. This is a means of advertising in which an advertiser pays someone for every thousand times their ad is present on a given website.
So alot of you are looking at this the wrong way. I dont want you to go and start paying people to come to your website. No. I want you to put other peoples ads on your site so that you get paid for every impression.
This is alot better than using things such as AdSense because noone has to actually click on the ad for you to get paid. You will just sign up with a company (google CPM networks) as a publisher and get their code to put into your site. Every time that an ad is seen on your site it counts torwards that thousand.
So what is the catch you might ask? The only downside to this is the payout is much much lower. Usually you will only get maybe 3-4 bucks per thousand impressions. That sucks huh?
Well yes but it would be a nice thing to go ahead and add for a little extra. And I want to tell you as well the most simple way to get that traffic flowing in so that you can actually start making money from this.
Simple actually. No magic to it. All I am asking you to do is post one new article to your blog EVERY day. Doesnt have to be huge, just 300-500 words per day. Can you do this? If you can you will be seeing a nice little income by this time next year, I can promise you that. Just post new content every single day. Search Engines love sites that are being updated with unique content daily.
And of course you can help yourself with backlinks. And yes I know youve heard that same bs before as well. But here it is simple as well the way I will tell you. Go sign up with an article site, StreetArticles is my favorite. And just simply post a new article there every day. I like to post 2 per day but one will do. Within that article put TWO textlinks back to your blog. Thats it.
Now you have unique content on your site, and quality backlinks growing daily. Love it.
Well thats it for today, but before I go I want to list some CPM networks below for you to help you get started. Enjoy, and dont forget to subscribe to my daily updates using the D2R Subscription box to the --> right of this post.

One of the ways to boost traffic to your Web site is by purchasing keywords from one of the pay-per-click search engines or directories.
But with literally hundreds of choices, how do you pick the pay- per-click engine with the best visibility that has the potential of giving you a higher return on your investment?
And, just as important, what are some strategies for working with the pay-per-click engines, and how do they operate? How do Pay-Per-Click Engines Operate?
With pay-per-click engines, you bid on keywords that describe your business, your products, or your target audience. Then, you're charged your bid price every time someone clicks on your ad, which is displayed when a searcher types in the keyword you've chosen into the search box at an engine. Whoever is willing to pay the most for the keyword or keyword phrase will be at the top of the rankings.
There are many benefits to working with pay engines, which we'll cover in this article.Important Pay-Per-Click Engines and Directories
Overture: http://www.overture.com
Overture is certainly the pay-per-click engine that most people recognize. It's also one of the most expensive and competitive. However, the visibility of Overture is impressive, to say the least. It provides the top two or three results to "big boy" search engines and directories like Yahoo!, Lycos, HotBot, and MSN Search. In fact, Overture claims to reach 80% of all Internet users.
Overture listings are generally found at the top of the regular search results in an area called "Sponsored" results or sites. Overture's pay-per-clicks operate under one premise: whoever has the deepest pockets and is willing to pay the most gets on top. The minimum bid is $.10, and there's a minimum charge of $20 per month. A $50 initial deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to click throughs or to the minimum monthly spend. When your account is depleted, they'll contact you to see if you want to add additional funds to your budget.
Google AdWords: http://www.google.com/ads/
Google AdWords have fast become extremely important in the pay-per-click arena, with results being shown at search engines like Google, AOL Search, Ask Jeeves, and Teoma.
Google AdWords operates differently than Overture in a number of ways. Your click-through rate and cost per click together determine where your ads are shown, so better ads rise to the top. That means no one can lock you out of the top position.
Google AdWords are shown on the right-hand side of regular search results in a shaded area called "Sponsored Links." Because your click through rate has an influence on the placement of your AdWords ad, your ad's title and description must be captivating and designed to pull in traffic.
With Google AdWords, there's a $5 activation fee, and the minimum bid amount is $.05. You decide on the maximum cost per click that you're willing to pay and set your daily budget. You don't have to spend a certain amount per month, and you only pay for clicks you actually receive.
FindWhat: http://www.findwhat.com
Another popular pay-per-click engine that is generally much less
expensive than Overture is FindWhat.
With FindWhat, whoever bids the most gets on top. The minimum bid is $.05, and they require a $25 minimum amount to open an account.
FindWhat provides results to 200 different partners, including many of the big meta engines like Dogpile.
Lycos InSite AdBuyer: http://insite.lycos.com/searchservices/adbuyer/overview.asp
A fairly new pay-per-click program that's displayed on both Lycos and HotBot is Lycos InSite AdBuyer. Again, it operates similarly to the way that Overture and FindWhat operate, with the top results being those who bid the most for their target keywords. The minimum bid is $.05 with a $50 minimum to open an account.
LookSmart: http://www.looksmart.com
LookSmart is a pay-per-click directory where you pay a flat $.l5 per click through. It claims to reach 77% of the Internet users through the partners that display LookSmart results. Some of those partners include MSN Search, About.com, Netscape, and AltaVista.
With LookSmart, you don't bid for listings. Everyone pays a flat $.15 per click through, and your ranking is determined by how relevant your site is to the search term, according to LookSmart's ranking criteria. To get started with a LookSmart listing, the initial investment is $29.
